Sorry this post is late. I was busier this week than I had thought I would be. Anyway, here's my character sheet: Name: Akhari Sex: Female Race: Khajiit Age: 26 Class: Tinkerer/Former Slave Physical Appearance: Akhari is of average height and slender build. She has light red fur and dark spots, sports a white chin and chest, and has wide green eyes. Personality: Akhari is a bit damaged. She is shy and doesn't know how to deal with social norms outside of slave quarters or a master's watchful glare. She is used to keeping her head down and doing what she is told; outside, in a world where she is free, Akhari is at a loss. Bio: The daughter of Zibasi, a former merchant, Akhari grew up as a house slave; cooking, cleaning, and staying out of sight. While Akhari had never known freedom, her mother remembered well its luxuries. Wanting Akhari to one day experience it for herself, Zibasi stole fleeting moments of privacy to educate Akhari. Unfortunately, their study sessions didn't go far. Akhari barely had a grasp of reading and writing when her mother's forbidden actions were discovered. Zibasi was slaughtered for her disobedience and Akhari was transferred to the slave market in Sadrith Mora. She wasted away in the slave pens there for two months before she was purchased by a Telvanni Wizard. Under Arara Uvalas’ ‘care,’ Akhari was personally involved (often times more than she would have liked) in a number of magical and alchemical experiments. Though she hated being subjected to these particular torments, she found that even as she endured them she was fascinated by the magic behind them. So she watched and learned, picking up on a number of spells and alchemical skills. Largely due to her race and position, and in part because of her fear of being caught, she was never able to practice the skills she knew in theory. Now that she is free, Akhari has been turned out into the streets and is at a loss as to where she can go, and what she will be allowed to do. While she knows she could probably find a position as a lowly servant cleaning houses, she would much prefer apprenticing under a mage or an alchemist.
